1. Services
We provide photography, video, and related creative services in the Dominican Republic. Quotes, scope, dates, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or contract) before work begins.
2. Quotes and pricing
Published or discussed prices are estimates until confirmed. We may adjust proposals based on logistics, duration, location, or project complexity.
3. Bookings and payments
A deposit may be required to hold a date. Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are agreed per project.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, 911 Studio retains rights to produced material. Clients receive a usage license as agreed (social, print, commercial use, etc.). Reselling or transferring the material without permission is not allowed.
5. Website use
Site content (text, images, brand) belongs to 911 Studio or its licensors. Copying or commercial reuse without permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation
The site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, 911 Studio is not liable for indirect damages from site use.
